End-User License Agreement (EULA) for API Scan

Effective Date: December 17, 2024 

IMPORTANT: Please read this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before using API Scan (the “Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not download, install, or use the Application. 

  1. License Grant
  • TrustID Inc. (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA. 
  • The Application is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Licensor. 
  1. Restrictions
    You agree not to: 
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application. 
  • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application. 
  • Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. 
  • Share your access credentials or license keys with unauthorized parties. 
  1. Ownership
  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the Application, are owned by Licensor. 
  • This EULA does not grant you ownership of the Application but a limited right to use it as specified herein. 
  1. Data Privacy
  • The Application may collect and use certain data for functionality and improvement. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy 
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Licensor specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 
  1. Termination
  • This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. 
  • Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason including but not limited to your failure to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies in your possession. 
  1. Governing Law
  • This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles. 
  1. Amendments
  • Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated terms will be provided to you, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
